Carol bitter | Managing Director of Fahrenheit 212
Carol is a seasoned innovator with over a decade of experience partnering with companies around the globe on some of their most exciting (and demanding) innovation challenges.
Having fallen short of her childhood ambition to be an astronaut, Carol likes to think of her job as a modern-day explorer.
She has worked with a dizzying array of clients, from big corporates — such as Pernod-Ricard, Centrica/British Gas, Boots, BSKYB, Unilever and Astra-Zeneca – to smaller start-ups and social entrepreneurs.
Helen Calcraft | Co-founder of Lucky Generals
One of the most exciting and awarded creative agencies today. Famed for reviving the Pot Noodle brand, and being Paddy Power’s agency of record.
She has worked in advertising for over 20 years, starting out at AMVBBDO (the UK’s biggest agency).
This was followed by 12 years at MCBD (the agency she co-founded and which was awarded Ad of the Decade for Hovis and worked for some great brands including Hovis, Waitrose, Virgin and the Department of Health).
Helen is a Trustee of Cancer Research UK, a member of the 30 Club and a proud member and former President of WACL (Women in Advertising).

Elizabeth has a well-honed gift for cultural foresight, leading her to dig into the market insights of today to predict the opportunities of tomorrow.
This outlook shapes strong relationships with her clients and positions her as a talent lead and mentor to many ?What If!ers.
Prior to joining ?What If!, Elizabeth was lead strategist at Faith Popcorn’s BrainReserve, where she developed future-focused innovation strategies and brand cultures for her clients—including Novartis Pharmaceuticals, PepsiCo, the Democratic National Committee, and Colgate-Palmolive—wrote Faith Popcorn’s Notes from the Future, and led insight development for the Popcorn Report Live.
Sue Siddall | Partner and Executive Managing Director of Europe, IDEO
Based in London, Siddall has worked with clients from Barclays to IKEA, HarperCollins, Oxfam, Findus and M&S, advising them on how to grow their business, innovate and identify new opportunities.
She specialises in helping organisations define their purpose and design the right culture to become more innovative.
As part of IDEO’s global talent team, she has a similar role internally, helping design career development tools and values at the organisation. Before joining IDEO, Siddall was global marketing director for luxury brand Tanner Krolle and group account director at M&C Saatchi.
Natasha Chetiyawardana | Creative Partner & Co-Founder, Bow & Arrow
The day Natasha graduated in Product Design from Central Saint Martins in 2002 and she was awarded ‘Designer of the Year’ at the New Designers exhibition, and co-founded Bow & Arrow in 2009.
Working with clients such as Google, Cadbury, O2, News Corp, Carphone Warehouse, The Guardian, the BBC and Barclays, Bow & Arrow have established their unique proposition as The Growth Consultancy – bringing the strategic rigour and commercial robustness of a management consultancy together with the creative mindset of a design agency.
Natasha passionately believes in getting designers to the top table in major organisations – her aim is to inspire a new breed of designers to have a bigger role and influence than merely execution at the end of a project’s lifecycle.
