About the role
This role will focus in the healthcare sector. You will be leading projects, partnering with customer insight, marketing and medical affairs teams at some of the world's largest and smallest pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
You will be managing teams, speaking to a variety of knowledgeable & fascinating stakeholders, leading experts and healthcare professionals to gather insights. Projects have an international focus, and you will be engaging with people across many different markets.
Research work will be heavily qualitative based. You will manage the daily running of projects, ensuring junior team members remain motivated and ensuring a high level of work. You will also be presenting findings to key stakeholders and key clients.
About your background and skills
You must be able to demonstrate strong qualitative research background and have proven experience managing entire research projects (preferably within healthcare). You need to have an analytical mind & logical thinking and be able to manage multiple projects & tight deadlines. You have a can do attitude and a creative mindset, as well as management and coaching experience. An interest or experience in healthcare is beneficial and you must be intellectually engaged.
