About the company
They are challenging the traditional consultancy model and supporting large organizations in adopting new technologies, such as AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, Cloud and Analytics. What’s really interesting about them is their people-centred approach and connectivity across humans, technology and strategy. They’re also tech-enabled as an organization, which allows them to be more agile, strategic partners and really compete with larger consultancies.
About the role
This role would be to oversee the North American market and be a true Partner in the business. They have significant investment and this person would be able to rapidly scale a team on the ground here in the US.
Package is $250K + Bonus + Commission + Equity.
About your background and skills
They’re looking for someone who has consulting experience, wants to build and grow something from the ground up, has knowledge of the market, specifically around emerging technologies, and feels strongly about how tech consulting can be different, agile, faster in delivery, and most importantly human-centred.
