About the company
A boutique business transformation consultancy working with household names to connect the dots across purpose, strategy, culture, leadership, and engagement.
They accomplish this through supporting executive teams in defining overall purpose and treating culture as the outcome of having a clear purpose, strategy, and behaviours. All while providing a long-term roadmap for both hard and soft changes that will lead to change.About the role
Help clients deliver the people change they need to bring their strategy into reality. Design and bring together the long term plan that combines the range of different change interventions; leadership development, management development, capability training, employee engagement programmes and programme management. The outcome needs to be significant change.
As the Senior Consultant, you’ll be working with client exec teams to shape and expand their thinking as well as driving the programme of change. You will be growing the business through excellent client management.
Your work is centered around people, but your perspective is centered around the strategy.
About your background and skills
You’ll have at least 5+ years working in private sector culture change. You’ll understand how to approach behavioural change from a strategic and commercial perspective, keeping the client team engaged. You'll understand how to use creativity to create impact at the point of execution. You have an expansive culture change toolkit with a variety of design, and capability-building methodologies.
