About the role
In this role, you will own our sales and business development pipeline selling across our services in recruiting (contingent, contract, embedded and retained) as well as training and skills development. You’ll identify and secure new clients looking to scale their teams within strategy, research, design, product management, engineering, and marketing. You will oversee our community engagement strategy that includes events (in-person and virtual) bringing together leaders and practitioners across corporate innovation and the startup world, content and Insight, utilizing our studio team to create content that engages our audience and generates leads, and network with Founders, VC’s, Innovation Leaders, and Executives to create connections and opportunities. As the practice starts to take shape, build a team of sales development reps to support lead generation primarily within our recruiting services.
