About the company
They are an accounting and consulting firm, that focus in the financial services space creating new ways of automation and innovating traditional tax audit services. They focus on real estate, including apartments, tax credit programs, and affordable housing communities. They are looking to scale up their internal innovation group for internal purposes and to uncover new ways to improve on the way they do business and roll out new products.
About the role
As the Innovation Manager you will focus on business models, process improvement, and looking out for future opportunities to craft a 3-5 year plan and use your Human-Centered Design skills to transform new and existing systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, start -p environment with little red tape to think creatively to in exploratory research and get new solutions implemented and truly make an impact on the business.
About your background and skills
You will have 5-7 years experience in business design, innovation strategy, HCD, and commercial strategy or related. Some consulting experience is preferred but not essential. You need to have the ability to work with stakeholders and work across multiple projects as well as be a clear communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You must have strong innovation skills and be design thinking. Experience in consumer research is essential and be able to analyse and synthesise data. Experience in business transformation is required along with business case design and prototyping. Finally, having a passion for startups is a must!
Salary Range
$140K-$160K
