About the company
This boutique design and innovation agency changes lives by helping brands future-proof their services and experiences around the needs and expectations of their customers. They have recently begun to redefine their strategic direction and are looking to scale around a new positioning.
About the role
This role is at the forefront of a brand-new area for the business. You have the opportunity to build it from scratch by leading innovation strategy, business design, and proposition design. You will be working directly with the founding team on interesting challenges to deliver impactful work, with lots of client exposure.
About your background and skills
Your background:

You have 5-8 years relevant experience.

You have a strong innovation toolkit which uses frameworks from design thinking and consumer experience.

You're experienced in creating, designing and/or implementing products and services.

You're an expert in turning insights into ideas, through the gathering and interpretation of both qual and quant research data.

You have worked in design-centric environments and understand how design fits.

You're excited about working without lots of structure to develop something new, and you're capable of building out a team to do this with you.

You're entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, an excellent storyteller with a strong point-of-view, and you're humble about doing great work.
