About the role
Collaborate with a team of designers and fellow product strategists who employ design thinking and agile methodologies to generate insights and strategic vision on a variety of projects. You’ll craft compelling stories that serve as a catalyst for actionable strategies and roadmaps. You’ll be leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that take behavioural, cultural, political, and budgetary factors into account, ultimately building long-lasting client relationships.
About your background and skills
You have experience working in either a consultancy or agency and have led design work. You are able to work with stakeholders across all seniority levels and are comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams. You have experience in proposition design and/or venture building and are comfortable with working on end-to-end projects (from workshopping to delivering insights).
Your are design thinking and have experience in proposition design and venture building. You understand agile methodologies and have strong verbal and written communication. You have experience in project delivery and insight generation as well as qualitative Research and workshop facilitation. You also have experience in stakeholder and project management, and also product strategy. You are familiar with feasibility analysis and innovation strategy, while also having knowledge of client management.
