About the role

Leading multiple projects and workstreams across product and service innovation, transformation and organisational design.

New business focus plus managing key accounts and growing them.

Governing outputs and leading a team of innovation and strategy consultants to deliver transformative innovation projects.
About your background and skills
-
Experience built in an innovation, strategic design, or strategy consulting role.
-
Experience leading projects in proposition development, growth strategy, organisational change, capability building and transformation.

Track record of new business development and background in nurturing and growing client accounts.

Vital innovation and research toolkit: user journeys/stories, consumer and user insight, innovation frameworks, and design thinking approaches.

Excellent workshop facilitation skills.
