Product Innovation Lead for an iconic outdoor brand reclaiming its innovation capabilities.

About the role
You will be responsible for onboarding and leading agile ‘squads of functional experts in projects dedicated to delivery of ‘New propositions and Innovation’. You will be involved with the lead creation of new propositions for the brand from concept, insight/scoping, design, and development (and sometimes to market), as well as leading teams through design thinking by reshaping solutions according to consumer and customer feedback.
About your background and skills
You will lead people with enthusiasm, energy, and creativity, while being a problem solver and be comfortable in ambiguity. You must have experience in innovative processes, tools and ways of working. These including Design thinking approaches that deal with products and services as well as Test and Learn approaches. Knowledge of Innovation Methodologies and research to identify new business opportunities is also required.
Salary Range
£70-90k
