About the role

Leading qualitative research projects and mentoring researchers.

Managing end-to-end innovative brand strategy projects.

Contributing to proposal development and resource planning.

Managing the collection, analysis and reporting of various data sources; and leading debriefs to transform research into meaningful insights.

Contributing to the management and growth of client accounts, leading client meetings, ensuring projects are delivered on time and as expected.
About your background and skills
-
4-6 years working within qualitative research, insights, and/or brand strategy.

Experience built in a similar research agency environment with a strong qualitative research background.

Experience leading projects in the brand strategy and innovation space, including fieldwork administration and supplier management.

Work across a range of consumer sectors with a particular interest in FMCG.

Knowledge of design thinking and what makes good design.

Experience in business development and client management.

High impact presentation skills.
