About the role
You will have ownership of the end to end plan to ensure the quality of the company accessory going to market in 2023. As a Senior QA Product Manager, you’ll work across disciplines, product teams and organizations within the business to create an understanding and alignment on all testing plans, quality standards and mechanisms of measurement. You’ll establish regular objectives and key results to drive a focus on quality across Canopy. This role will collaborate with senior level leadership to understand all aspects of the Go to Market plan and communicate out regularly on our progress towards quality goals. You will create and execute the test plan for the business Accessory ensuring that it meets set
standards and specifications. You will develop and implement quality control policies and standards for the company to follow and offer training to staff members on the quality control processes and policies. You will establish strategies to improve efficiency and profitability in the organization, as well as put out higher quality goods. You will be required to help to plan organizational growth of the Quality department and coordinate creation of quality control processes and mechanisms. You will conduct in-house audits of product inventory and documentation while investigating customer complaints and create the mechanism to feed actionable insights back into product teams. In addition you will ensure safety procedures and processes while assessing operational data and identifying quality problems.

About your background and skills
You will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in quality management, an engineering field or equivalent and have proven experience bringing successful products to market of high quality. You need to have 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience as well as experience working within a product driven organization and familiarity with the
product team construct. You have experience working in an agile environment as well as bringing a hardware product to market. You have an excitement and willingness to both learn and share with others.
In addition, it is beneficial to hold a Quality Assurance certification from a recognized organization and have a Masters Degree or Masters Certification from an accredited educational institution.
