About the role
This role sits on the Quantitative team which is experiencing growth with a number of new clients coming on board! This role represents an opportunity for someone who is looking to be exposed to a wide variety of clients with different business problems to solve.
About your background and skills
You must have 4-5+ years in an international research agency doing quantitative research. You are confident in delivering projects and keeping clients engaged. You are an interesting and creative thinker and are creative in how you think about the work and collect data. You need to be a strong team player with excellent project management abilities while being ambitious and committed. You are a positive and happy presence in the office (or on teams) while being hardworking and flexible.
You must hold quantitative research skills, including creative approaches- quantitative surveys, questionnaire design, analysis, preparing and giving quant debriefs, conjoint, segmentation, max diff, and other methodologies. In addition, you need to have excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written), while having experience in both client and project management and being numerically strong.
