About the role
Part of the qualitative team, the Account Director will lead and take ownership of the agency's Public Sector offer. While the team is not new, the position is. The role therefore has the chance to shape the Public Sector offering and the team moving forward.
Responsibilities include:

Delivering and selling work in the Public Sector.

Nurturing and growing existing client relationships, and developing new business in the public and social sectors.

Leading the team; managing, coaching, and inspiring current researchers, and overseeing the hiring process of new researchers when needed.
About your background and skills

An experienced Qualitative researcher with a proven history of initiating, running, and ultimately delivering a variety of Qualitative projects.

Skilled in selling and winning new work.

An experienced account manager with a demonstrable and successful history of leading, growing, and farming for business within accounts.

Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Aware of the Public Sector and the unique challenges it brings.
