About your background and skills
You must have 5+ years in an international research agency doing quantitative and qualitative research! You are confident in delivering projects and keeping clients engaged while being an interesting & creative thinker in both how you think about the work and collect data. You are a strong team player with excellent project management abilities while having a go-getter attitude looking for a fast-paced environment! You have a passion for research and you enjoy keeping up with the latest thinking, while being someone who reads widely, and a high level of curiosity.
You need to have experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, being able to lead focus groups and hold in depth interviews, ethnography and online qual projects. While also being able to demonstrate questionnaire design, MaxDiff, conjoint, factor and cluster analysis/segmentation and regression analysis. You have excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) and experience in client and project management.
