About the company
This company, although Remote across the USA, they are so connected and such a tight knit group! Operating lean but high performing - they really look out for each other! They have a highly successful Martech product that's feature rich and taps into the most modern of marketing needs which is why the brands that use their tech are a "who's who" of some of the biggest brands on the planet.
Their product is predominantly a Web Based App but with a new Mobile App in it's early stages. We've been fortunate to accelerate their growth over the last twelve months and help them hire across Design, Product and Strategy.
About the role
You'd be joining their Lead Product Designer as well as another Snr Product Designer where you'll divide and conquer and be the owner of the Design System.
This team has an incredibly streamlined Interview process (3 rounds).
They provide detailed feedback at every step and stage and genuinely invest time in the interview process as well as the overall Designer/Candidate Experience
As a Senior Product Designer in their group, these are a few of things you could expect to do;
- Take ownership of their early stage Design System and evolve and scale it
- Create processes for the broader Product Team to adopt when it comes to utilising the growing Design System
- Interact with Engineers dedicated to building DS components
- Work with Design team from early stage feature development to understand component needs and scale the system accordingly as new features evolve
- Drive accessibility for all products

About your background and skills
There are a couple of Stand-Out skills that will immediately get the attention on their team
- Previous experience with Designing and Scaling a Design System!
- Working with Engineers to implement your System Designs
- Experience with Adoption of a Design System in an existing team (how'd you do it?)
- Ability to speak to what makes a Design System successful.
