About the role

Build corporate-level brand strategies and positioning recommendations for a range of clients.

Direct and conduct competitive audits, desk research, client interviews, and integration with primary research.

Simplify findings and recommendations to create compelling stories; translate great conceptual ideas into actionable, ‘real-world’ ideas.

Work collaboratively to create strategic recommendations that integrate research, design, experience, industry knowledge, and client knowledge.

Recognize nuances that define each client and know how to integrate them into a work approach.

Identify and anticipate core issues and help clients and teams address them.

Establish solid relationships with mid-senior level members of the client team (i.e. Director and VP levels); direct client meetings and presentations (depending on size).

Identify opportunities to extend client business.

Provide unscripted strategic counsel—can ‘think on your feet' without disrupting strategic direction.

Write proposals and assemble work plans for new business opportunities and extensions of existing business.

Take an active role in shaping and developing culture by leading/participating in firm-building activities.

Frame branding solutions in terms of business impact.
About your background and skills
-
5 to 7+ years of agency experience, working on brand projects (positioning, architecture, tone of voice etc) in a B2B context.

Fluency in all core strategy subjects and deep expertise in 1 to 2 areas, such as brand positioning, brand architecture, employee engagement, and implementation.

Significant exposure to multiple industries with in-depth knowledge of 2 to 3 industries.

B2B client experience.

Ability to simplify.

Deep digital expertise.

Must be able to travel.
