About the role
This is a very varied role and they love people who relish working on a very broad range of challenges and sectors. As a Senior member of the agency, you will have responsibility for project delivery and people growth. Reporting to a Partner and responsible for a team of two, you will lead and collaborate with them on the creation of powerful, growth-driving outcomes for clients.
Day to day you will be responsible for nurturing and developing client partnerships and relationships and leading global and local qualitative and quantitative research processes. You will be leading and designing ideation workshops to inspire new products, services, brands or communication strategies as well as leading brand positioning and brand strategy projects. You will be required to write and deliver powerful presentations which sell ideas and stories to their clients while ensuring projects are successfully managed and delivered on budget and on time. All while contributing to the agency’s ongoing D&I, mental health and social initiatives.
About your background and skills
- 5-7+ years of agency experience, working on brand & innovation projects
- Fluency in all core strategy subjects and deep expertise in 1–2 areas, such as brand positioning, brand architecture, employee engagement, implementation
- You are curious and culturally engaged and an expert with both words and numbers
- Innovation toolkit- creating new propositions (products & and services)
- Strong research grounding in qual and quant
