About your background and skills
As a Product Designer you're already confidently working at a Lead or more level as an IC Designer. You're confident working end to end from research to final UI and you have evidence in your work samples to show this. You can be absolute stand out for this role by showcasing the following;
- Experience in B2B products that simplify a process, remove pain points, speed up efficiency and improve a Users experience, output, accuracy and more
- You've worked on projects involving Automation; replacing outdated systems, technology with the latest advancements to significantly improve a process. For example replacing paper-based systems with Digital and even more so - using ai/ml techs to automate a process and massively cut down on manual processing time.
- Experience with document automation is a massive advantage, scanning, filtering, tagging, sorting
- 0-1 Product Experience, starting with a 'blank slate' or very little and knowing how to apply your process, rigour and Design expertise to truly research and craft an outstanding product.
It's critical you share some sort of samples of your work (what else will I have to go off to know you're the Designer to speak with?!).

Being a brand new role and a greenfield innovation project, this company is really going to preference Designers with a Snr (and beyond) level of hands on experience in B2B automation products.
