About the role
A Strategic Client Director to win new tier 1 clients, cultivate existing business and deliver new propositions and ventures into market. This role will bind project teams together, provide direction, and form part of the leadership team charting the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities include:

Playing a key role in developing propositions for the market and your clients.

Winning new business and landing new clients. You will lead the development of proposals and pitches.

Spotting opportunities for future pipeline with existing clients.

Delivering projects, inspiring clients and keeping them engaged through clarity of thinking and the ability to communicate with authority.

Generating unique insights into consumers and shoppers using frameworks from design thinking, CX and lean.

Leading the creation of the overall proposition – partnering with brands to ideate consumer centric activations and test them at pace to de-risk investment.
About your background and skills

A proven track record of selling and winning work. Finding opportunities, writing proposals, shaping briefs and pitching.

Strong examples of farming and cultivating senior client relationships.

Experience working with direct to consumer brands to include retail.

Deep expertise as a strategic client partner, delivering work grounded in consumer insight and experimentation. From using frameworks from design thinking, CX and lean, to moving from consumer needs to proposition development and activation.

Excellent stakeholder management skills. Strong active listening skills with clear communication and excellent storytelling abilities.

A curious mind, anticipating trends and changes, spotting new opportunities and making sense of what’s happening in the market.
