About the company
They are a boutique brand, insights, and innovation consultancy that prides themselves on creating positive impactful brands, ranging from building brands from scratch, rebranding, creating insights, and/or innovating businesses as a whole. They are moving their business to the next phase and looking to grow their US team and transform their consumer-focused clients, by making game changing solutions across innovation and product innovation in the CPG and tech space. About the role
As a Strategy Director on this team, you will be exposed to a variety of robust brand, innovation, and business transformation projects, and have a great opportunity to try new things that build upon your existing skillset. You will be making huge impacts as you scale new and existing clients relationships, while shaping both the practice and the culture of the team.
About your background and skills
• 7-10 years of experience in a traditional brand strategy, innovation strategy, brand transformation, or related
• Consulting/agency experience is a plus
• Growth mindset and experience across best BD practices
• Solid communication, pitching, and writing skills
• Ability to come into NYC-based office (hybrid)
