About the role
The Strategy Director will play a key role in driving the success of the business both
internally and externally.
Externally, Strategy Directors deliver projects for some of the world’s leading companies,
growing long-term relationships and becoming a critical go-to advisor for senior clients.
Internally, Strategy Directors help build practices and lead project teams, nurturing and
inspiring team members and growing the capabilities of the business.

and part client manager. They inspire and lead teams to solve clients’ toughest business

About your background and skills
You’re a strategist with the highest standards, who likes to be challenged and wants to seize
opportunities. You will have had a similar role or are hungry to step up from your current
senior strategist role.
You have worked on and led global communication, strategy, and innovation projects across
a range of categories, and know how to run and use research to best effect – designing
guides, moderating, managing field work, leading analysis, and crafting debriefs.
Insatiably curious and hungry to learn, you love to travel, have a passion for understanding
cultures and revel in thinking critically about how brands and businesses can play.
Accepting nothing average or half hearted, you are prepared to get stuck in and take
responsibility, building client trust and relationships by delivering critical advice and guidance
with bravery and rigour.
Energetic and hungry to learn, develop, and achieve, you enjoy inspiring and leading project
teams to define and deliver strategies that readily make a significant and tangible difference
to clients’ brands and businesses.

Salary Range
£67,000-£85,000
