About the role
Work alongside our clients, as an extension of the team. No more roadblocks or lines of communication to break through to make progress. You'll spend the majority of your time focused on building talent pipelines and managing the end-to-end interview process across engineering, product, sales, and marketing. This also includes digging deep into the market! Taking the time to learn trends, talent hot spots, and any intelligence that will help you show up better for our clients.
When you're not recruiting, it's important to us that you have time to work on your own personal development. We want to dedicate time weekly for you to grow your personal brand, extend your network and get even more skilled in the Talent space.
About your background and skills
3+ years of Full-cycle recruiting in the tech space (in-house or agency)
Experience being part of a fast-paced startup or growing company delivering on headcount growth.
Understanding of recruiting/sales tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, HubSpot, and ATS (Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby, etc)
Curiosity - An ability to learn new ways of searching, new networks to tap into, and ways to engage talent.
A strong sense of urgency – you move fast when new tasks are handed to you.
An ability to be consistent and strong attention to detail – you don’t miss a thing!
Analytical with an ability to spot patterns and fast ways of doing things in order to drive efficiency.
