About the role
In this role, you will be working with the Art Director and the Web Team to build their consumer-facing visual design platform with a large focus on producing digital designs for their internal and external websites and print/marketing materials.
The senior designers in the team have grown and been promoted into director roles which is a great signal for the level of mentorship and progression. With that being said, there is a need for an additional senior designer to join their team. People who join this team are there to stay.
This role will sit within a new project team being put together to work on a new initiative. You'll partner with external agencies and act as a Brand and Visual Custodian to ensure Style is on Brand whilst you also execute hands-on work.
About your background and skills

You have strong creative skills to generate new ideas and produce creative visual content through the use of modern digital tools - Figma, XD, and Photoshop - you're a Visual Designer so you dive into whatever is needed!

You have evidence of your work; you have a sample of your work that clearly shows your experience as a visual designer.

Experienced in creating responsive visual and UI designs for mobile and web interfaces.

Experienced in public consumer-facing work.

You know how to get creative while working within set company design guidelines.

You have great communication and collaboration skills and the ability to maintain flexibility in an evolving work environment.

You also need to be based in NYC and able to work onsite in a hybrid office in Union Square.
