Grow a new office in a new city for an established, US-based research, brand and communications consultancy
About the company
Research, brand strategy and communications consultancy that helps global companies promote and protect their brands and reputations. Underpinned by research and insight generated by their proprietary panel of policy insiders, the work is a mix of communications and messaging, brand (strategy, positioning, repositioning, architecture, naming, purpose), PR, reputation and crisis management. Clients are global brands across tech, retail, fashion, travel and FMCG.
They are an established consultancy in the US, recently launched in London to service UK and European clients.
About the role
The role will be split in thirds: 1/3 leading client and research work, 1/3 business development and sales, 1/3 scaling talent and helping to build the brand and business across the UK and Europe.
About your background and skills
Background in market research working across both qualitative and quantitative projects – from running focus groups and depth interviews, to questionnaire design, analysis and insight development. You will have experience in policy research – you will understand how policy decisions are made. You will be an experienced client and team leader plus have a background in business development and sales. European languages are a plus.
