About the role
Leading the cultivation of insight, innovation and brand strategy around the world, the role entails working with clients, other team members and directors to manage teams in delivering everything from insights to workshops in order to solve your client’s business challenges.
You will also be working with product and concept designers to bring products to life on behalf of the client.
Guiding the work of the team, you will be expected to act as a mentor to more junior members and develop lasting relationships with the clients, as well as looking to bring new opportunities and relationships to the company.
About your background and skills
You must have 5-8 years of experience in an agency-side or client-side role in insight, brand or innovation.
You should be proficient in research (preferably qualitative), innovation or brand strategy, and a background in psychology or behavioural science would also be beneficial, as well as experience in the FMCG or technology sectors.
You should have exceptional communication skills, being able to effectively package and convey solutions for complex problems to clients.
You should have a curious mindset, always looking for new challenges and be willing to take yourself out of your comfort zone to exceed client expectations and take your career to the next level.
