OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT-SIDE CONSUMER BRAND AS THEIR GLOBAL INSIGHTS MANAGER (BASED IN LONDON OR DUBLIN)

About the role
This role is an opportunity to support the growth of core brands with ideas and insights that champion the consumer in all decisions. You will drive insights and actionable strategy and operate as an ambassador for the Insights & Analytics function across the entire business.
You will lead the charge in getting consumer insights to be the core of how the business acts. You will lead insight programs on priority global brand team projects, ranging from global brand positioning, packaging, communications or innovation.
You will support the global brand planner(s) in ensuring insights are presented objectively and that they have an impact on business decisions, plans and toolkits in a way that enables you to consistently and constantly champion the voice of the consumer.
You will manage agencies to create maximum value, and handle all marketing data, including the research of global assets and the analysis of campaign and brand performance. You will analyse of the outputs and findings of continuous research projects and other analytics input to create insight and action.
About your background and skills
You will have experience working in client-side global insight functions. You can conduct hands on quantitative and qualitative research yourself (including, but not limited to social listening) as well as managing agencies in complex cross market studies. You will have experience working in and across different countries and cultures. You will be skilled in encouraging, listening to and getting the best from diverse groups. You will be an effective influencer who is able to communicate the value of your insights and approaches across the organisation and drive these through the business.
