They accomplish this through supporting executive teams in defining overall purpose, treating culture as the outcome of having a clear purpose, strategy, and behaviours and providing a long-term roadmap for both hard and soft changes that will lead to change
About the role
Join the ‘change’ part of the business, which is all about helping clients create change that is needed through behaviour change and interventions (comms, training, events, workshopping, and some light systems/process changes). As a lead in the change side of the business, you’ll be working with senior teams to shape and expand their thinking – your work is centred around people, but your perspective is centred around the strategy.
About your background and skills
You’ll have at least 5+ years working in people and organisational change, You’ll understand how to approach behavioural change from a strategic perspective, always keeping the overall direction of the client/executive team centred in your work. You have an expansive change management toolkit with a variety of innovation, design, and capability-building methodologies.
