About the role
You will be required to continually look at ways to improve efficiency and productivity within the online marketing team. You will also need to provide the Digital Strategy Director with advice and guidance when reviewing operational procedures and make recommendations for changes to improve methods, controls, and operational efficiency. You will assist the Digital Strategy Director in identifying, implementing and maintaining best practice standards and methods with the objective of driving quality in the Online Marketing team, while continually looking at ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication, quality assurance and customer retention.
Furthermore, you will develop the paid search offering, research latest trends and relay to others. You will educate the sales team to ensure high levels of product awareness and understanding, as well as evaluating new paid search marketing technologies, techniques and partners.
