About the role

As a Design Director, you'll be at the helm of creative leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital products. Your role encompasses leading design projects from concept to execution, mentoring designers, and collaborating closely with clients to align design strategies with business goals. You'll be instrumental in shaping the studio's design vision, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric solutions. This position offers the opportunity to influence both the creative direction and the growth of the studio.

About your background and skills

We're seeking a seasoned design professional with over 8 years of experience in digital product design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, design systems, and brand identity across various platforms. Experience working in collaborative environments, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging directly with clients is essential. A background in both agency and in-house settings is a plus, as is familiarity with industries such as fintech, health tech, or SaaS.
