About the role

You'll lead a team of designers creating thoughtful experiences across digital platforms that help clients understand and engage with financial products and services. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll oversee the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring all touchpoints reflect our brand values and meet user needs. Your responsibilities include managing design resources, establishing design standards, advocating for user-centered approaches, and ensuring consistency across various channels. This position requires balancing creative leadership with practical implementation skills to develop solutions that simplify complex financial concepts and create meaningful connections with clients.

About your background and skills

Strong experience leading design teams with expertise in digital product design, brand expression, or related disciplines. Proven track record managing complex design projects and guiding teams to successful outcomes. Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and their application to digital products. Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs. Experience translating brand values into cohesive visual and interaction design systems. Background working in regulated industries with complex information design challenges. Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful approach to solving design problems. Collaborative leadership style with ability to develop team members and foster creative excellence. Understanding of financial services or experience designing for complex subject matter. Passion for creating experiences that help people improve their financial wellbeing and live according to their values.
