About the role
As New Business Director, you will identify and secure strategic partnerships with forward-thinking global brands ready for transformative growth. You'll collaborate across disciplines from brand strategy and business strategy to digital innovation and organizational design. Your responsibilities include developing compelling proposals, orchestrating pitch presentations, nurturing client relationships, and managing the complete business development cycle. You will represent our unique approach at industry events and client meetings, becoming a key ambassador for our consultancy and its values-driven mission to co-create better business growth with purpose-driven organizations.
About your background and skills
We're seeking a strategic business development leader with 6-8 years of experience in innovation consulting, brand strategy, or similar fields. We tend to be drawn to people who aren't cookie-cutter, who have an interesting edge about them. You have proven success securing significant client partnerships through your ability to translate complex challenges into compelling strategic opportunities. Your outstanding communication skills allow you to build rapport with senior executives while clearly articulating sophisticated concepts. You understand how successful brands operate in today's technology and socially driven world, and you share our commitment to creating positive impact through business innovation.
Compensation and benefits
£85,000-£110,000
