About the role

You'll lead the design process for our construction scheduling platform, creating intuitive interfaces that make complex planning accessible to diverse users. Working with our product and engineering teams, you'll develop solutions that balance sophisticated functionality with ease of use across web and mobile experiences. Your responsibilities include conducting user research with construction professionals, creating wireframes and prototypes, establishing design systems, and implementing iterative improvements based on user feedback. This position requires both creative vision and practical execution skills to help transform traditionally complex construction scheduling into a collaborative, visual experience.

About your background and skills

Strong experience in product design with a portfolio demonstrating intuitive interfaces for complex software applications. Expertise in designing collaborative digital products, enterprise software, or tools for technical industries.
