About the role

You'll lead investment strategies and innovation initiatives across our consumer and retail portfolio. Working directly with senior leadership, you'll identify high-potential investment opportunities, conduct thorough due diligence, and structure deals that align with our strategic vision. Your responsibilities include managing portfolio company relationships, providing strategic guidance to founders, and developing collaborative opportunities between established brands and emerging startups. This position requires both investment expertise and the ability to foster meaningful partnerships that accelerate growth and innovation throughout the consumer sector.

About your background and skills

Extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, or corporate development with focus on consumer, retail, or technology sectors. Strong track record evaluating investment opportunities and supporting portfolio company growth. Deep understanding of consumer business models, retail operations, and digital transformation trends. Exceptional financial analysis capabilities with strategic business acumen. Proven ability to build relationships with executives, founders, and industry leaders. Experience structuring investment deals and managing portfolio performance. Outstanding communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation. Commitment to sustainable business practices and creating positive industry change.
