About the role

You'll lead research projects that provide strategic insight and inspiration for brand design and innovation challenges. Working with diverse clients, you'll design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to uncover meaningful consumer insights that inform creative development. Your responsibilities include crafting research approaches, moderating sessions, analyzing findings, and developing strategic recommendations that translate consumer understanding into design direction. This position involves collaborating with clients and designers to ensure insights are actionable and impactful, ultimately helping brands create more meaningful connections with their audiences.

About your background and skills

Strong experience in consumer research with particular interest in design, innovation or brand strategy. Excellent qualitative research skills with ability to design and moderate engaging research sessions. Understanding of how research insights translate into design strategy and creative development. Experience working with global brands and navigating cross-cultural research challenges. Outstanding analytical thinking with ability to identify patterns and extract meaningful insights from complex data. Exceptional communication skills for articulating insights clearly to diverse stakeholders. Creative problem-solving approach with ability to design bespoke research solutions. Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside designers, strategists or creative teams. Passion for understanding human behavior and how design influences consumer experiences. Commitment to delivering insights that drive tangible business impact through better design.
