About the role

You'll design intuitive digital products and experiences that help clients navigate complex financial decisions with confidence. Working within cross-functional teams, you'll lead the design process from research and ideation through to implementation, creating solutions that simplify financial concepts and engage users meaningfully. Your responsibilities include conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, creating detailed interaction specifications, and collaborating with developers to ensure design integrity. This position requires balancing creative exploration with practical execution to develop digital experiences that reflect our brand values while meeting user needs and business objectives.

About your background and skills

Strong experience designing digital products with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking. Expertise in interaction design, visual design, and creating cohesive user experiences across multiple platforms. Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping techniques. Experience conducting user research and applying insights to inform design decisions. Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for user needs. Background working in collaborative, agile environments with cross-functional teams. Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. Experience designing for financial services or similarly complex subject matter preferred. Problem-solving mindset with ability to simplify complex information into intuitive experiences. Passion for creating meaningful digital products that help people achieve their financial goals while supporting their values.
