About the role
You'll lead substantial client engagements and contribute to the firm's growth as a senior leader within the business. Working directly with C-suite executives, you'll design and deliver transformational strategies that address complex organizational challenges. Your responsibilities include building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, managing large-scale projects, and mentoring junior team members. This position requires both strategic vision and hands-on leadership to drive meaningful business outcomes for clients, while also contributing to our firm's continued success through practice development and thought leadership.
About your background and skills
Extensive consulting experience with a proven track record leading complex transformation projects for major clients. Strong business development capabilities and established professional network. Exceptional client relationship management skills with experience working at C-suite and board levels. Deep expertise in at least one industry sector or functional area. Strategic thinking combined with practical implementation experience. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions. Outstanding team leadership and people development capabilities. Commercial acumen with understanding of practice economics and business operations. Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders. Track record of driving business growth and contributing to firm development.
Compensation and benefits
$180,000 - $220,000
