About the role
You'll lead strategic projects that help clients understand their audiences, define their brand position, and develop resonant creative approaches. Working with our multidisciplinary team, you'll analyze cultural trends, conduct consumer research, and translate insights into actionable brand strategies. Your responsibilities include facilitating client workshops, developing strategic frameworks, writing compelling brand narratives, and guiding creative teams. This position requires both analytical rigor and creative thinking to help clients find meaningful differentiation in competitive markets while connecting authentically with their target audiences.
About your background and skills
Strong experience in brand strategy, market research, or strategic planning with demonstrated success developing positioning for diverse brands. Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling strategic narratives. Understanding of cultural trends and how they influence consumer behavior and brand perceptions. Experience conducting and interpreting qualitative and quantitative research. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities for engaging clients and influencing decision-making. Collaborative approach with ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Intellectual curiosity and passion for understanding what drives human behavior and decision-making. Strategic thinking balanced with practical implementation understanding. Degree in marketing, sociology, anthropology, business or related field with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
