About the role
As Transformation Director, you will lead our client engagements from discovery through implementation, orchestrating complex cultural change initiatives that deliver measurable results. You'll partner with senior leadership teams to diagnose organizational challenges, design comprehensive transformation strategies, and guide clients through the implementation journey. This role requires you to translate abstract concepts into concrete action plans, facilitate challenging conversations with executive teams, and build internal capabilities that sustain positive change. The position involves considerable client-facing time, team leadership responsibilities, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining a clear vision of success.
About your background and skills
We're seeking an exceptional leader with a proven track record of successfully driving organizational transformation initiatives at scale. You bring 10+ years of relevant experience, either from a top-tier consulting firm specializing in organizational development or from leading internal transformation efforts within complex organizations. Your background includes significant experience in cultural assessment, leadership development, and change management, complemented by a deep understanding of how business strategy and organizational culture intersect. You possess outstanding facilitation skills that allow you to command respect in boardrooms while creating psychological safety for honest dialogue.
Compensation and benefits
