About the role

You'll plan and execute qualitative research projects that help clients understand how consumers perceive and interact with their brands. Working alongside senior researchers, you'll design discussion guides, moderate research sessions, analyze findings, and contribute to strategic recommendations. Your responsibilities include recruiting participants, conducting interviews and focus groups, managing research logistics, and presenting insights that inform design decisions. This position offers exceptional exposure to diverse research methodologies while developing expertise in understanding the relationship between design, human behavior, and brand experiences.

About your background and skills

Experience in qualitative research with interest in design, branding, or consumer behavior. Strong moderation skills with ability to build rapport and elicit meaningful insights from participants. Excellent analytical thinking with capacity to identify patterns and extract actionable insights from research data. Outstanding communication skills for articulating complex findings clearly to diverse stakeholders. Creative problem-solving approach with ability to adapt research methodologies to unique project needs. Understanding of how research translates into design strategy or creative development. Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Curiosity about human behavior and how visual elements influence consumer perceptions. Comfort with project management including participant recruitment, logistics, and timelines. Degree in psychology, anthropology, sociology, marketing, or related field.
