About the role
You'll develop comprehensive strategies for expanding our digital credentialing platform into new government sectors and use cases. Working closely with leadership, sales, and product teams, you'll identify market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and create compelling value propositions that address public sector challenges. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough market research, developing strategic frameworks, creating implementation roadmaps, and building relationships with key stakeholders. This position requires both strategic vision and practical execution skills to help government agencies modernize their programs and create interconnected digital identity ecosystems.
About your background and skills
Strong experience in strategic planning, business development, or consulting within government technology, digital identity, or related fields. Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable strategic recommendations. Understanding of government operations, procurement processes, and the unique challenges of public sector digital transformation. Experience with credential management, identity verification, or workforce development solutions preferred. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities for engaging diverse stakeholders effectively. Collaborative approach to working across teams with ability to influence without direct authority. Strategic thinking balanced with practical implementation understanding. Passion for using technology to improve government services and create more efficient, accessible programs for citizens. Degree in business, public administration, or related field with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
