About the role

You'll lead strategic projects that help organizations identify growth opportunities and develop innovative solutions that align with their values and objectives. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you'll analyze market trends, decode consumer insights, and translate complex data into actionable business strategies. Your responsibilities include conducting opportunity mapping, facilitating client workshops, developing strategic frameworks, and guiding the implementation of recommendations. This position requires both analytical rigor and creative vision to help clients navigate changing market dynamics while creating positive impact through their business activities.

About your background and skills

Strong experience in strategy development, innovation consulting, or related fields with proven success driving organizational growth. Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize diverse information sources into clear strategic direction. Understanding of cultural trends and how they influence market opportunities and consumer behavior. Experience conducting and interpreting qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategy. Outstanding communication and facilitation abilities for engaging diverse stakeholders effectively. Collaborative approach with ability to work across disciplines and guide cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking balanced with practical implementation expertise. Interest in sustainability and creating business models that generate positive social and environmental impact. Degree in business, design, social sciences or related field with 5+ years of relevant professional experience. Passion for developing strategies that deliver both commercial success and meaningful change.
