About the role
You'll lead strategic consulting engagements for major clients across industries, managing project teams and guiding them through complex business challenges. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll shape the vision for deliverables, conduct executive interviews, oversee research activities, and present compelling strategy recommendations. Your responsibilities include developing client relationships, ensuring project profitability, mentoring junior team members, and translating consumer insights into actionable business strategies. This position requires both strategic leadership and hands-on engagement in client work, ultimately delivering solutions that drive sustainable growth.
About your background and skills
Strong experience in strategy consulting, market research, or corporate strategy roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Proven track record managing complex projects and guiding teams to successful outcomes. Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize diverse information sources into clear strategic direction. Outstanding client relationship management and executive-level communication abilities. Experience translating customer insights into actionable business strategies. Background in multiple industries with understanding of different business models and growth challenges. Collaborative approach to team leadership with ability to develop junior talent. Intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking that balances analytical rigor with creative problem-solving. Strong business acumen with commercial understanding of project profitability. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) with 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
Compensation and benefits
£75,000-£85,000
