Identifying the Problem:

Prophet had just launched a global experience and innovation team. This new expansion required not only team members, but Partner-level leaders, managers, and directors. In a saturated market, how would they find this highly specific talent?

 

Talent Needed:

We need to know exactly who the hiring team at Prophet was looking for. They had needs for talent across several small teams, including:

  • Service Design
  • Product Design
  • Product Management
  • Business Design
  • Customer Strategy

 

The Big Solution:

We worked closely with Prophet’s leadership team to develop a strong brand story to take to the job market. This story, a standout from your typical job description, helped us to build a strong pipeline of top talent from leading consultancies and corporate innovation teams. Our team oversaw the entire recruitment process on a global scale to ensure the organization had talent to choose from in key locations across Europe and the US.

 

Impact:

After confirming interviews and optimizing the experience for both Prophet and potential candidates, we were excited to place Partner-level talent across Service Design, Product Design, Customer Strategy, Product Management, and Innovation Strategy. Additionally, a number of Manager and Director roles were filled in Service Design, Business Design, and Product Management in New York, Chicago, London, and Berlin.
