About the role
You will bring 5+ years design experience to solving clients' business challenges and designing for their users. Co-creating the vision, strategy, & and priorities to deliver high-impact concepts and features.
What you'll do:
- Make sense of business challenges and user needs, and turn your understanding into great designs that benefit both
- Play a crucial role in a small, autonomous team, facilitating collaboration between design and engineering
- Relationship building: Build and nurture meaningful consultant relationships with client teams - helping them evolve their ways of working and deepening collaboration
- Culture champion: Support the team's growth by helping with hiring and L&D initiatives
- Collaborate and expand: - Partnering with Sales teams to win new opportunities that require Product Design proficiency. Craft how Design is communicated to clients and potential clients
About your background and skills
You will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI/Visual Design practice
- Strength in the area of unpacking problems, designing pixel-perfect interfaces, and talking with users
- A range of experience designing several different types of products from different industries and scales
- A natural curiosity about clients, their business challenges, and users, and the ability to build relationships
- Ideally: Consulting and agency leadership experience
Salary Range
$130K-$150K
