About the role
In the hybrid role of Lead Product Designer, you will contribute directly while managing a small team of one or two people that define experiences for their product. Your team will enable customers to gain unprecedented visibility, benefit from shared artificial intelligence across a federated network of data, and interact across the network through a shared source of truth. We help our customers to build and manage trusted global supply chains.
About your background and skills
You will contribute to product strategy and decision-making and define and evangelize the vision for what is possible. You will build and lead a team of Designers toward successful outcomes, and empathize with customers by participating in or leading research and testing.
You will solve complex problems with solutions that enable an intuitive analysis of massive data sets in a multi-user environment (supply chain visualizations, knowledge graphs, dashboards, and reports) and solve complex problems with your PM and Data Science partners that enable an intuitive analysis of massive data sets in a multi-user environment (supply chain visualizations, knowledge graphs, dashboards, and reports). You will collaborate with Engineers designing directly in fully functional prototypes products as well as develop high-quality visual and interaction designs across all phases of product development including interactive prototypes.
You will have several years of experience as a UX or Product Designer in multi-user enterprise SaaS products, as well as 1+ years managing at least one direct report. You need to have a compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates the ability to solve problems dealing with complex data in non-linear workflows. You will have experience leading generative and evaluative user interviews and have a deep interest in product development and technology; excited about building incredible product experiences. All while being an excellent communicator and storyteller.
