About the role
As a Strategist, you are at the beating heart of the content and insights we develop for clients. You’ll be expected to make sense of multiple sources of data that will enable our clients to accelerate their brand or business growth. You will do this by getting close to the nitty gritty of the information and working with the team to create strategic and tactical recommendations on how brands can grow in the future. You will be a central content developer on projects and have lots of opportunities to manage day to day running of projects and present in client meetings.
This specific role will have a focus in commercial strategy and data analytics – a core part of our business.
About your background and skills
- Has an interest in working in a digitally native marketing organization
- Has a passion for intel, analytics and a keen interest in how data can power new ways of understanding the world around us
- Has led data analytics exercises for client projects, whether that’s leading a research component of a project, a sole piece of data analysis, or market sizing.
- Enjoys the combination of analytical thinking and research, commercial storytelling, and marketing strategy & implementation
- Typically has 2-4 years working either in or across both growth consultancy, research leadership, or client-side marketing roles
Above all, you are a strategy and data enthusiast, someone who challenges the status quo and a clear thinker who creates the insights that engage customers in exciting journeys of change.
