About the company
They are a design strategy consultancy that takes a human-centered design approach to defining and solving problems in healthcare and pharma space.
They are a multidisciplinary team of researchers, designers, and strategists whose focus is to help organizations build services that mutually benefit the consumer and the needs of the business. They help clients navigate the strategic “front end” of the design process - upfront research, design facilitation, and system thinking to cover projects in service design, business design, innovation, design research, and more!
About the role
They are looking for a Senior/Lead Design Strategist to join their growing design and innovation team of freelancers. You work hands-on through research moderation and workshopping to define and synthesize insights and identify new concepts that solve patient needs and create business value.
***Contracts are typically 40 hours a week but can vary on timeline and hours depending on project specifics.
About your background and skills

4-7 years working in design research, design strategy, business design, and/or innovation.

You have some experience in client services

Healthcare experience is a plus
