About the company
A software engineering company in New York City that builds new products (0 to 1) for our clients through HCD and strategic product thinking, creative engineering, and a close collaborative approach. They have a proven success rate in building, scaling, and launching innovative and impactful products for clients. They have a solid variety of clients that range from early-stage startup builds to enterprise application launches across financial services, travel, healthcare, eCommerce, and more.
About the role
They are looking for a Senior Design Strategist to join their growing design and innovation team and work closely with clients to identify, define and develop digital product opportunities. You work hands on through research moderation and workshopping to define and synthesize insights and identify new concepts that solve user needs and create business value. You will validate product assumptions throughout the product development cycle to ensure desirability and usability.
About your background and skills
-
4-6 years working in design research, UX research, design strategy, etc for digital products

Must have experience in consultancy and in-house environments shipping products
-
You have some experience in client services

Fintech product experience is a plus

Ability to come into FiDi office at least 2 days a week
